About
The Full Story
With a solid foundation in counseling psychology and extensive experience in various therapeutic settings, I have developed a diverse skill set as a therapist. I began my career working with preschool-age children, focusing on early childhood development and intervention. This work allowed me to support young children in overcoming developmental challenges and emotional difficulties within the school and home environments. I provided early intervention services to school-aged children, collaborating closely with school districts and parents to support students in need. My involvement in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings was particularly impactful, as I worked alongside educators and families to create tailored plans that addressed each child's unique needs. I also gained significant experience in crisis intervention, where I honed my ability to provide immediate support during times of acute distress, helping individuals and families navigate through challenging situations.

In 2022, I opened my private practice to specialize in the areas that I am most passionate about, including individual and family therapy. My practice allows me to integrate my expertise in working with children and families, crisis intervention, and my ongoing commitment to helping clients overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, and relational issues.
